Credit and Debit Card Usage Terms:

Please read the following usage terms and disclaimer carefully before using your credit/debit card.

• All credit and debit cards are accepted.
• Payment via Visa machines is available at the branch.
• Once completed and confirmed, payments cannot be canceled.
• If a refund is requested, the amount will be returned to the original card within 14 days or according to the issuing bank's policy. In case of delay, please contact your bank.
• Customers using the app or website must be reachable via their registered contact numbers.
• Cards used for online orders must belong to the user, or the user must have legal authorization from the cardholder to proceed.
• Customers are fully responsible for orders placed using credit/debit cards after reviewing our terms.
• We are not responsible for incorrect transactions due to inaccurate data entry or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the purchase date on the invoice.
• Products must be returned to the same branch where purchased, along with the original invoice.
• The Delmar & Attalla barcode label must be intact on the product for exchange processing.
• Refrigerated medications (stored between 2°C and 8°C) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for safety and quality reasons.
• All medications must be returned in the condition received.
• Certain medicines and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations.
• Returned or exchanged items must be in good condition both internally and externally.

Refund Policy:

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm their condition before initiating a refund.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the customer.

Shipping Policy:

• Shipping charges are determined based on delivery distance and included in the total order amount upon confirmation.
• The customer bears all return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
